– Swimming pool time is from 1 PM till 10 PM.
– No loud music after 9 PM (low-volume indoor music allowed).
– The guest are prohibited to smoke inside the villa.
– The Inverter backup supports lights and fans only upto 3 hours.
– Basic cooking allowed upon request.
– A refundable security deposit of ₹5000/- will be collected during check-in.
– A photo ID is required for all the guests.
– We are happy to welcome your furry friend at an extra cost. Make sure they do not create a mess.

Each of the four bedrooms at Millennium Villa is designed to offer a calm, timeless retreat. Three rooms come with attached bathrooms, giving every guest ample privacy, while the fourth bedroom has access to a spacious common bath.
The villa offers expansive outdoor areas crafted for recreation and relaxation. The 5000 sq. ft garden lawn is ideal for football, badminton, or running around with friends and family. A 1500 sq. ft private sit-out space gives you the perfect spot for gatherings, barbeques, or simply unwinding in nature.
The partly covered terrace is one of the most beautiful corners of Millennium Villa. With uninterrupted views of Lohagad and Visapur Fort, it’s the perfect setting for sunrise tea, peaceful reading sessions, golden-hour photography, or late-night stargazing. The roof cover ensures comfort in both sun and rain.
