- We are happy to welcome your furry friend at an extra cost. Please ensure they do not create a mess.
- Pet charges are ₹1000 per pet per day.
- Swimming pool time is from 1 PM till 10 PM.
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Loud music is not allowed outside after 9 PM.
- No smoking inside the villa.
- Only one pool is currently functional.
- The caretaker/manager lives on the first floor of the property.
- All guest areas, including bedrooms, are located on the ground floor for your convenience.
- The kitchen is reserved for staff use only. Thank you for your cooperation.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹3000/- will be collected during check-in.
- Being set in a lush natural environment, the property may have friendly visitors like butterflies, birds, frogs, insects and sometimes reptiles. While sightings are rare, we encourage guests to stay aware of their surroundings.

The pool and compound of this property is very big we did not think it would be that big as it's not shown in the pictures too. We personally loved the way they took us in and were always there to help.
