- Swimming pool time is from 1 PM till 10 PM

- Moderate volume outdoors until 10:00 pm in compliance with local guidelines

- Only family groups, couples and mixed groups allowed

- Strictly no all-boys groups

- Outside food is allowed

- Kitchen use for tea/coffee is free

- Heavy kitchen use: ₹999 per day

- Meal packages available upon prior request

- Refundable security deposit: ₹5,000 at check-in

- 50% advance required to confirm the booking; balance at check-in

- Nature Notice: As the villa is close to natural surroundings, guests may encounter insects, lizards, frogs and occasionally snakes. Basic outdoor caution is advised.

- Guests are prohibited from smoking inside the villa.

- The inverter backup supports lights and fans only.
