- Pet charges are ₹1000 per pet per day.

- Swimming pool time is from 1 PM till 10 PM.

- Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.

- Loud music is not allowed outside after 9 PM.

- No smoking inside the villa.

- Kitchen usage is restricted for guests without approval.

- A refundable security deposit of ₹5000/- will be collected during check-in.
