8:30 AM: Meet Up At Malavli Station
09:00 AM: Start of the Trek
11:00 AM: Reach the Summit and Explore the Fort
12:30 PM: Begin the Descent
2:00 PM: Have Lunch at Base
3:00 PM: Departure for Casa Atlas or Home

Essential Things to Know
Terms and Conditions:
- Confirm your seat availability with the team via call or text before making the payment.
- Share a screenshot or copy of the payment receipt with the visible date, time and transaction ID for verification. Registration is confirmed only after full payment and completion of the registration form with traveler details.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless the trek/tour is canceled by us. Refer to the cancellation policy for details on refunds.
- Ensure you’re added to the designated WhatsApp group at least 6–8 hours before the trip for important updates and pickup details.
- Accommodation and food arrangements are subject to availability and are designed to offer a budget-friendly experience. Luxury amenities should not be expected.
- A minimum of 12–14 participants is required for the trip. Staymist reserves the right to cancel the trek if this threshold is not met.
- Your participation & payment implies acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms including associated risks.
Cancellation Policy:
- 75% refund if cancellation is requested 15 or more days prior to the event.
- 50% refund if cancellation is requested 4 to 7 days prior to the event.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event.
- No refund if you do not turn up for the trek.
- Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date or person.
- If the event is canceled by us, only the trek amount will be refunded.
- If the event is canceled due to natural calamities, political unrest or other uncontrollable reasons the same cancellation policy applies.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed events due to personal reasons, including heavy rains, floods, traffic or medical emergencies.
- Bookings cannot be rescheduled due to personal reasons.
- Staymist is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by adverse weather, traffic or other uncontrollable factors.
How do I get to the starting point of the trek?
The base can be reached by taking a local train from Lonavala Station or by road. Exact location of the starting point will be shared upon booking confirmation.
What facilities are available during the trek?
Basic facilities like washrooms and changing rooms are available at the base. However there are no such amenities along the trekking route.
What are the nearby attractions to explore after the trek?
Nearby attractions include Bhaja Caves, Karla Caves, Pawna Lake, Visapur Fort and Tung Fort, all of which offer unique experiences for nature lovers and history enthusiasts.
Are meals provided during the trek?
Yes, meals will be provided as part of the package, but they are simple and locally sourced. Please do not expect luxurious dining.
Is the trek safe for solo female travelers?
Absolutely! The trek is safe for solo female travelers and we ensure proper arrangements, including separate changing rooms.
Can I bring children on this trek?
Yes! children can join the trek, but parental supervision is mandatory. Be mindful of the potential challenges such as weather changes or delays.
What if I’m late to the starting point?
It’s important to arrive on time as per the schedule. Delays may result in missing the trek and no refund will be issued in such cases.
What happens if the trek is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances?
If the trek is canceled by us due to natural calamities or other uncontrollable factors, the cancellation policy will apply. Refunds, if applicable will cover the trek amount only.
