No loud music after 9 PM (low-volume indoor music allowed).
The guest are prohibited to smoke inside the villa.
The Inverter backup supports lights and fans only upto 3 hours.

A refundable security deposit of ₹5000/- will be collected during check-in.
A photo ID is required for all the guests.
