Welcome — to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a moment to read our house rules.

Check-in & check-out: Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to follow these times so we can prepare the home for incoming guests.
ID on arrival: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in.
Security deposit: A refundable deposit of INR 5,000 is collected at check-in and returned at check-out provided there is no damage and the check-out time is respected.
Personal safety: Guests are responsible for their own safety. Staymist and the property owner cannot be held liable for accidents, injury, loss of life, or damage to personal belongings on the premises (including pool areas, terraces, staircases, or natural surroundings). Children should be supervised at all times.
Pool use: Use of the pool is at your own risk. Diving, running, or entering the pool while under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Pool hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Proper swimwear is required. Eating or drinking in or directly beside the pool is not allowed. The pool is closed for guest use on the day of check-out for cleaning.
Guest policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional visitors are not allowed during your stay to ensure everyone’s safety and privacy.
Conduct: Please be respectful and considerate. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay for disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour. Abusive language or mistreatment of staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
Facilities & utilities: Occasional power outages or Wi-Fi fluctuations may occur — we appreciate your understanding should this happen.
Noise & events: Soft music outdoors is permitted until 10:00 PM. After that time, please keep noise indoors and at low volume. DJ setups or loud amplified events are not allowed.
Legal compliance: Illegal activities — including drug use, underage drinking, or possession of weapons — are strictly prohibited. Guests must follow all applicable laws.
Agreement & liability: By continuing with the stay, guests confirm they have read and agree to these rules and the booking terms. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staymist, the property owner, and associated personnel from claims or liabilities resulting from negligence or misuse of the property.
Kitchen access: Kitchen access is not included unless pre-approved. If needed, kitchen access can be arranged for an additional ₹1000, subject to availability.
Extras: Packaged drinking water is available on request for an additional charge.
Environment: The property sits in a natural setting — please enjoy responsibly and notify management or local authorities if you notice anything concerning.
Photos: Property images may use wide-angle lenses to show layout; actual proportions may vary slightly from photos.
Health & safety: COVID-19 or other public-health guidelines may apply; please follow any required precautions during your stay.
Payments: Do not make any additional payments beyond the agreed booking amount and security deposit. Report suspicious payment requests immediately.
