– Swimming pool time is from 1 PM till 10 PM.
– Check-in time: 1:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
– Loud music is not allowed outside after 9 PM.
– 50% advance to confirm booking (non-refundable in case of cancellation), remaining balance at check-in
– Smoking inside the property is prohibited. However guests can smoke outside the villa.
– Kitchen usage is restricted for the guests without approval. Heavy cooking is not allowed.
– A refundable security deposit of ₹5000/- will be collected during check-in.
– No food, drinks or glassware inside the pool to keep it clean and safe for everyone.
